Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Forklift Operator role based in Kolkata.

The Forklift

Operator will safely operate forklifts and related equipment to move materials within the facility and loading/unloading areas. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading trucks, transporting raw materials and finished goods, supporting packing operations, and organizing inventory in designated storage locations. The role also involves assisting with shipping and receiving activities, completing basic documentation, and following safety and housekeeping standards.

The Forklift





Operator will collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient material flow and timely order processing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Forklift Operation skills, including safe driving, maneuvering in tight spaces, and handling different load types.
- Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling and Unloading to move, stack, and arrange materials efficiently and safely.
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to support incoming and outgoing goods, including basic documentation and coordination with logistics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare materials and products for storage and dispatch according to company standards.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, operate equipment responsibly, and use basic inventory or logistics systems.
- Good physical stamina, ability to lift and move materials as required, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant forklift certification/license and completion of safety training are advantageous.
