Position: Senior Team Lead/Team Lead – Forex & Liquidity Management

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Oversee and execute FX trades in line with business requirements, ensuring optimal pricing and timely execution.

2.Ensure robust post-trade processes, including reconciliation, voucher management, and ledger updates, with strong control and accuracy.

3.Manage and govern FX rate updates across currencies and partners to maintain competitiveness and consistency.

4.Monitor and manage FX margins across corridors, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability.

5.Develop and implement strategies to improve FX margins and overall pricing efficiency.

6.Stay updated on global financial markets and currency movements to support informed decision-making.

7.Identify and mitigate operational, market, and liquidity risks to minimize financial and reputational exposure.

8.Build and manage relationships with partners and liquidity providers across regions.

9.Oversee fund flows to ensure seamless business operations and adequate liquidity at all times.

10.Lead negotiations on funding, FX pricing, and credit arrangements with clients and payout partners.





11.Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the FX and treasury function.

12.Lead, mentor, and develop the FX team to ensure solid performance and continuity.

13.Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Compliance, Finance) to support business growth and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. 3 - 6 years of experience in FX trading, treasury, or liquidity management, preferably with team handling experience.
3. Strong understanding of FX markets, pricing, and exposure management.
4. Good analytical skills with knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis.
5. Experience with market data platforms such as Bloomberg or Reuters is preferred.
6. Proficient in Excel and Treasury Management System.
7. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
8. Detail-oriented with strong risk awareness and problem-solving capability.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
