We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the overall food and beverage operations at D’WAYFARER INN RESORT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, maintaining food quality and service standards, controlling costs, leading the F&B; team and ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, cafés, bar and other food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and guest service.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including captains, stewards, bartenders and kitchen teams.
- Plan staff schedules, allocate duties and monitor team performance.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage and stock control.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for menu planning and food quality.
- Develop strategies to improve restaurant revenue and profitability.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage purchasing, vendor coordination and operational requirements.
- Organise buffet services,



special dining experiences, events and group functions.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a resort or hotel.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food costing and inventory management.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle guest expectations and manage operations under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, billing and MS Office.
