- Manage day-to-day hospital floor operations.
- Supervise front desk and patient coordination staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and reduce waiting time.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and billing teams.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hospital service standards.
- Prepare daily MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs.
- Improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
