– Accounts Executive (Fleet Management)

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily accounting records and vehicle-wise expense details.

- Verify bills, invoices and payment records.

- Track vendor payments and outstanding expenses.

2. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain Excel reports and expense statements.

- Analyse and report fleet-related expenses to management.

3. Fleet Expense Management

- Track fuel, maintenance, repair and other vehicle expenses.

- Monitor vehicle-wise operational costs.

- Maintain accurate records of fleet expenditure.

4. Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate with branch and operations teams for expense details.

- Follow up on pending bills and invoices.

- Maintain proper financial documents and records.
