Job Title: Fleet Coordinator – India's Largest Quick Commerce Company
:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate delivery partners for India's largest quick commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage delivery partners (riders).
- Ensure sufficient rider availability for daily operations.
- Monitor rider attendance, performance, and delivery activities.
- Assist with rider onboarding and documentation.
- Handle rider queries and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with store managers and operations teams.
- Maintain daily reports and operational records.
Requirements:
- Any Graduates
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage a team and handle operational challenges.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
