Key Responsibilities (Mukhya Zimmedariyan)

- Drawing Reading &
- Layout:

Engineering aur fabrication drawings (AutoCAD/2D structural drawings) ko samajhna aur uske anusar marking, cutting, drilling, punching, aur assembly karwana.

- Machine &

- Die Setting:

Roll forming machines, hydraulic bending machines, power presses, shearing, aur punching machines ki die/tool setting aur alignment check karna.

- Team Supervision: Shift me kaam karne wale fitters, fabricators, machine operators, aur helpers ko kaam baantna aur unki productivity monitor karna.

- Quality &

- Dimensional Check:

Taiyar mal (Purlin, Rafter, Column, HR/GL sections) ki length, hole pitch, thickness, aur bending angles ko Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, aur Measuring Tape se check karna taaki rejection zero rahe.

- Maintenance &

- Troubleshooting:

Machines me aane wali mechanical kharabi (bearings, shafts, rollers, gearbox, hydraulic leaks) ko turant theek karwana aur preventive maintenance schedule follow karna.

- Safety & 5S Compliance: Shop floor par safety rules (PPE kits, shoes, helmets, gloves) ka palan karwana aur work area ko saaf aur vyavasthit rakhna.





- Shift Reporting: Daily production output, raw material consumption, aur shift handover ki report Plant Head aur HR/Management ko dena.

Required Qualifications &

Skills (Yogyata aur Anubhav)

- Education: ITI (Fitter / Mechanical) ya Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: Steel fabrication, cold roll forming, PEB structures, ya solar mounting structure manufacturing plant me 5 se 8 saal ka anubhav (jisme kam se kam 2 se 3 saal Foreman ya Supervisor ke roop me ho).

- Technical Skills: Structural drawings padhne me mahir, precision measuring instruments ka gyan, aur heavy machinery/tooling setup ki samajh.

- Leadership: Labour aur operators ko sambhalne, shift targets pure karwane, aur discipline banaye rakhne ki kshamta.
