Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare annual budgets, financial plans and periodic forecasts.
- Perform financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
- Develop financial models for business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cost performance.
- Identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting.
- Support management in financial planning and business performance reviews.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of FP&A;, budgeting and forecasting.
- Financial modelling and variance analysis.
- Understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).




- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP/Oracle ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

- CA-qualified or CA Inter candidates with relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, Corporate Finance or Business Finance.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in financial planning, MIS reporting and business performance analysis.
