Finance & Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and organized Finance & Operations Executive to support the financial, administrative and operational functions of a busy membership-based hospitality organization.

The successful candidate will have strong accounting and reconciliation skills, experience working with vendors and statutory requirements, and the ability to coordinate effectively across operations, inventory, systems and administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage member accounts, subscriptions, monthly billing, receipts, outstanding balances and billing-related queries.
- Carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliations, including Indian and international bank accounts.
- Process vendor payments, reconcile supplier accounts, monitor cash collections and maintain payment schedules.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll, including overtime, Provident Fund, Superannuation Fund and departmental salary allocations.
- Maintain accurate GST records, prepare input tax credit documentation and support statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reports, including sales, stock, transfers, subscriptions, income and expenditure.
- Monitor inventory controls, stock reconciliations, stock adjustments, invoicing and FIFO compliance across relevant outlets.
- Coordinate sea and air freight shipments, including supplier liaison, shipping documentation, customs clearance and logistics follow-up.
- Support the implementation and day-to-day management of business software, including system integration, troubleshooting, upgrades and coordination with external IT providers.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records, documentation and financial controls.




- Assist with general administrative and operational requirements, including events, procurement, process improvement and management reporting.
- Work closely with departmental supervisors and management to improve systems, controls, efficiency and accountability.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

- A graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in accounts, finance administration or operations.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, vendor management, payroll and GST processes.
- Good working knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel and business management systems.
- Experience with inventory or stock management would be advantageous.
- Experience coordinating imports, freight or customs documentation would be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different departments.
- A professional, discreet and service-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience Experience within hospitality, clubs, membership organizations, restaurants, retail operations or a similar multi-department environment would be particularly valuable.

Role Requirements

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable working across both finance and operations. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, maintain solid financial controls and provide reliable operational support to management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
