As we scale our business and prepare for our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Finance Executive to strengthen our finance and accounting function.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive who will take ownership of day-to-day accounting, compliance, invoicing, payroll, receivables, and financial reporting. The role will play a critical part in maintaining financial discipline and ensuring the organization remains audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely statutory compliance and accurate recording of accounting transactions.
- Maintain updated, accurate, and well-reconciled books of accounts.
- Manage end-to-end invoicing, billing, and revenue documentation.
- Track and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.




- Support working capital management and collections.
- Manage payroll processing and related accounting activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Ensure financial records are clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Support financial due diligence and fundraising-related requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes.
