Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee complete financial management, project accounting, site fund flows, and statutory compliance at our Head Office in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must possess deep domain expertise in the commercial/industrial building construction, EPC, or civil infrastructure sector handling contractor billing, client RA bills, project cost control, and banking limits.

Key Responsibilities● Project Accounting & Costing:

○ Manage end-to-end project financial controls, Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, and project margin tracking.

○ Oversee Client Running Account (RA) billing verification, Sub-contractor bill processing, retention money release, and debit notes.

○ Conduct monthly project-wise profitability analyses and cost-to-complete (CTC) reporting.

● Financial & Cash Flow Management:

○ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts aligned with site progress and material procurement demands.

○ Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports, budget variance sheets, and financial statements for senior leadership.

● Banking & Working Capital:

○ Manage working capital limits (Cash Credit, Overdraft, Letter of Credit,



and Bank Guarantees - BG/LC issuance & roll-overs).

○ Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and site vendors for optimized payment cycles.

● Taxation & Compliance:

○ Ensure strict compliance with Works Contract GST, TDS (U/S 194C, 194J, 194Q), Income Tax, and Labour Laws/ESI/PF.

○ Lead monthly GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) and annual tax audits.

○ Liaise with Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors for periodic closures.

● Site & Team Oversight:

○ coordinate with site teams across multiple projects.

○ Drive accuracy in Tally Prime.

Requirements & Candidate Profile● Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / ICWA.

● Experience: 10+ years of total experience in core Accounts & Finance.

● Industry Mandate: Minimum 6–8 years in Commercial/Industrial Building Construction, Civil Contracting, or Infrastructure/EPC.

● Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, ERP construction software, advanced MS Excel, and government tax portals.

● Availability: Immediate Joiner (Notice period ≤ 15 days preferred).

● Analytical approach to construction cost control and site inventory reconciliation.
