Responsibilities Full-Stack + AI Engineer |

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer on our Full-Stack + AI team, youll help build current AI products from the ground up (0 to 1) - designed from day one to scale to millions of users.
- Own end-to-end features, from data modeling and backend APIs to frontend UI, for products

being built from scratch
- Design and build AI agent workflows and integrate them into production-grade product

experiences
- Build voice agents architected to scale to millions of users
- Make architecture and design decisions alongside the team for products built to scale to

millions of users
- Mentor interns and/or junior engineers - or work closely with senior engineers to grow into a

mentoring role
- Iterate fast - from prototype to production - in a 0-to-1 product environment

Required Skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience building full-stack applications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js
- Solid backend experience with Python and FastAPI




- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB or similar relational/NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic

AI, or equivalent)
- Regular use of an AI coding assistant (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as part of your

development workflow
- Experience mentoring an intern, junior engineer, or peer - or explicit readiness to take on

mentorship

Good to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
- A portfolio of unique, self-built projects (side projects, hackathon builds, open source)
- Experience building voice agents using frameworks like LiveKit Agents, Pipecat, Vapi, Retell,

or similar
- Experience scaling systems to handle high-traffic, production workloads
