We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to manage daily logistics operations, supervise field staff and ensure smooth and timely execution of deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily delivery operations and monitor field activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, helpers, delivery staff and warehouse teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules, routes and turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure proper vehicle utilization and resolve operational issues.
- Track stock movement, inventory discrepancies and delivery records.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance.
- Handle on-ground complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Provide field-level and operational support to both 1.2% and KT Wing as required.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred; relevant experience in logistics or field operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery or operations supervision preferred.
- Positive coordination, communication and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle on-ground responsibilities and manage field teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.
- Must be willing to stay at the organization's site accommodation at either West Delhi or Noida, as per operational requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
