Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of Digital Marketing services and IT solutions, along with solid client acquisition, communication, and negotiation skills.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting company services, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell Digital Marketing services and IT-related solutions.
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and direct client interactions.




- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales.
- Prior experience in the Digital Marketing or IT Services industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and other digital marketing services.
- Understanding of IT services and business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in selling Digital Marketing services, Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or IT solutions to businesses will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
