Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Associate to join our Retail & B2C Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, promoting products and services, generating sales leads, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves direct customer engagement, market visits, and building solid customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers, retail outlets, and assigned locations to promote products and services.
- Identify current sales opportunities through field visits and customer interactions.
- Generate leads and convert prospective customers into sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.

- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or Management.
- BBA / B.Com / BMS or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Graduates from other streams with good communication and sales skills are also eligible.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Retail Sales and B2C Sales.
- Familiarity with field sales techniques and customer acquisition.
- Understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
