Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit potential companions through field visits, colleges, vocational institutes, nursing institutes, training centers, and local communities.

- Conduct on-ground recruitment drives, walk-ins, and candidate outreach activities.

- Build relationships with colleges, placement coordinators, NGOs, training institutes, and community organizations.

- Source candidates through referrals, local networks, and grassroots recruitment initiatives.

- Screen candidates for eligibility, communication skills, willingness to work, and suitability for companion roles.

- Explain CareOff's work model, compensation, training, and expectations to prospective companions.

- Coordinate interviews, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.





- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment performance.

- Follow up consistently with candidates to minimize dropouts and ensure successful onboarding.

- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in field recruitment, grassroots hiring, community outreach, or frontline workforce hiring.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bengaluru.

- Ability to independently identify recruitment opportunities and build local networks.

- Proactive, persistent, and target-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for recruitment tracking.
