Job title: Field Operator / Production

Work Location: Mumbai Offshore

Reports to: Offshore Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain equipment: This includes pumps, compressors, and separators to ensure efficient production processes.
- Monitor production equipment: Regularly check gauges and meters to detect malfunctions or leaks and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform daily inspections: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues: Work closely with engineers and other professionals to resolve operational problems.
- Record data: Maintain accurate logs of daily operations, production volumes, and any incidents.
- Manage injections: Oversee the injection of water, chemicals,



or gases into wells to enhance oil recovery or dispose of waste products responsibly.
- Monitor and adjust plant process parameters to ensure compliance with design specifications and maintain secure operating conditions.
- Plant Production/Process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow) monitoring and identify any deviations from standard operating conditions, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with field operators to maintain and optimize process conditions, ensuring efficient operation.
