We are looking for an experienced Fenergo Lead – Senior Developer to drive end-to-end design, development, configuration, integration, deployment, and maintenance of client onboarding and regulatory compliance solutions using the Fenergo platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Fenergo implementation, C# development, Oracle databases, and DevOps technologies.

The role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, hands-on development, and stakeholder management to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation of Fenergo modules, including KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM).
2. Drive end-to-end solution delivery covering design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
3. Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
4. Integrate Fenergo with Oracle databases, core banking systems, ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
5. Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions, including schema design, PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and data replication.
6. Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, BPMN workflows, ESB/MuleSoft integrations, and event-driven architectures.
7. Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, security hardening, and platform optimization.
8. Drive incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvement.

Act as the primary technical liaison with Fenergo vendors for escalations, patches, upgrades, and new releases.

Leadership and Collaboration Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
2. Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators on Fenergo, Oracle, and DevOps practices.
3. Participate in cross-functional workshops, technical discussions, and operational reviews.
4. Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, test plans, release notes, and operational runbooks.
5. Provide project updates, risk assessments, and compliance reports to governance teams.
6. Leverage Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.

Experience and Qualification

- 9–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Fenergo implementation, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Expertise in Fenergo KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management.
- Strong C# development and Oracle database experience.
- Experience working in DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Banking and financial services domain experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
