Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading projects in strength & durability analysis of automotive / trucks / off highway equipment structures.
- Ability to handle tasks from start to end with no supervision
- Support Lead in method development.
- Understand inputs from customer, generate understanding documents, Estimate and plan the project, clarification of queries with customers, setting up load cases and completing simulation and preparing reports, and discussing results with customer.

Formulating countermeasures at failure areas

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficient in HyperMesh and OptiStruct or Abaqus, in Strength & durability FEA.
- Experience in leading projects, delegating work to colleagues.
- Has worked at least 3 years on simulation projects, from end to end (meshing, load case setup,



solution, results interpretation, report creation).
- Very robust fundamentals in strength of materials, fatigue theory, vibrations, and hand calculations.
- Very good communication skills, client interfacing experience.
