To supervise and control all fettling and casting finishing operations to ensure castings are cleaned, finished, and prepared as per customer specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. Responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining surface finish, minimizing fettling rejection, optimizing manpower and equipment utilization, and ensuring protected working conditions.

- Plan and execute daily fettling activities as per production requirements.

- Achieve daily production targets in terms of casting quantity and tonnage.

- Allocate castings to operators based on job requirements.

- Ensure timely completion of fettling operations.

- Coordinate with the shakeout, shot blasting, quality, and dispatch departments.

- Monitor production output and operator productivity.

- Ensure minimum bottlenecks in the fettling section.





- Maintain proper flow of castings between processes.
