Providing technical support and resolving queries and incidents for the enterprise customers.

- Manages technical requests, emergency cases and outages.
- Monitor the health and performance of network.
- Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting for network issues.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Maintain customer-specific operational documentation, MOPs, etc.

Experience and Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of IP network & security fundamentals, including IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, Ethernet, routing and switching, security policies, security zones, NAT, VPN technologies, etc
- Good knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies, including STP, RSTP, EtherChannel, static routing, and agile routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices, routers, switches.
- Good understanding of network documentation, including network diagrams, MOPs, and preparation of knowledge base articles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Mandatory
