Role Description This is a full time, on-site Factory Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Factory

Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet project timelines and quality standards. The role involves managing production teams, monitoring equipment and material usage, implementing safety practices, and coordinating with project and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of fit-out projects.

Manager will track performance metrics, resolve operational issues,



maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate schedules, capacity, and resources effectively.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control to ensure products and fit-out components meet established specifications and standards.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to oversee daily factory activities and optimize processes.
- Relevant experience in factory or plant management within manufacturing, construction, or interior fit-out environments.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in industrial workplace safety.
- Proficiency in using production management software, basic MS Office tools, and reporting systems.
