Jain Hospital is looking for an experienced Facility Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day hospital facility operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, staff supervision, and hospital infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall hospital facility operations and daily activities.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the hospital.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, AC, civil, and general maintenance work.
- Handle facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- Maintain maintenance records, staff attendance, and daily reports.
- Ensure fire safety, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage facility-related inventory and consumables.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Requirements & Qualifications




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Positive knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance operations.
- Strong staff management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior experience in hospital facility management will be preferred.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling multiple teams.
- Ability to manage daily operational challenges effectively.
