Job Title: Facility Management Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, safety and smooth functioning of the property while delivering a comfortable workplace for residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily facility operations and property maintenance.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security and maintenance teams.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
- Address resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Experience: 1–3 years in Facility Management / Property Operations. Preferred: Experience in residential properties, hotels, hospitals or senior living facilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
