We are looking for skilled Export Facilitators / Case Managers with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export readiness diagnostics and formulation of export action plans.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conducts export-readiness diagnostics for assigned MSME participants.
- Formulates participant-validated export action plans.
- Operates helpdesk channels to maintain case files and track progress.
- Coordinates day-to-day participant queries and escalations.
- Conduct cohort sessions/clinics to monitor progress and provide support.
- Maintains accurate records of participant interactions and progress.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in export facilitation or case management.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with export software and systems.
