Position: Executive/AM - Procurement

Job location: Pune

Target Industry; Looking for candidates from Pharma/chemical industry.

Phase 1: Early R&D;, Initial Sourcing & RFQ

1. Sourcing of LR and AR Grade materials for new R & D projects & also development of alternate vendors.
2. Arrange chemicals for completing projects in time.
3. Float RFQ (Request for Quotation) for different sources for new project RMs/ Chemicals.
4. Arrangement of commercial grade raw materials for R&D; development & approval process.

Phase 2: Vendor Pre-Qualification

1. Manage Vendor Qualification of current RM vendors by arranging VQ documents & samples.
2. Arrange vendor qualification documents for chemical, KSM & solvents from concern vendors.
3. Coordinate to resolve VQ documents queries.

Phase 3: System Registration, Ordering & Logistics

1. SAP knowledge for registration of new vendors in system.
2. Create PO (Purchase Order) for new vendors & approved sources as per requirement.
3. Preparation of Custom clearance template (CCT)



for import cargo to be received.
4. Follow up with transporter to deliver material on time.

Phase 4: Scale-Up, Quality Compliance & Financial Closure

1. Follow up for scale up & validation Batch raw materials with concern vendors as per approved vendor list.
2. Coordinate approval of Quality agreements from concern KSM vendors.
3. Organise vendor audits for quality assurance team.
4. Coordinate with vendors for accounts / GRN / COA / GST etc.
