We’re Hiring | Sr. Executive – Logistics

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including shipment planning, documentation and customs clearance.
- Handle export documentation, L/C, shipping bills, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin.
- Manage export incentives such as RoDTEP, RoSCTL and Duty Drawback.
- Handle DGFT, ICEGATE, IEC, RCMC, APEDA and other regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate with CHAs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks and government authorities.
- Manage import documentation, shipping line payments and SAP transactions (PO, GRN/SRN).
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with import-export regulations.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Import & Export Operations.
- Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE and export incentive schemes.
- Working knowledge of SAP .
