1. All washroom related facility maintenance
2. Furniture related repairs, Roads & Storm water/Sewerage line repairs
3. AC maintenance
4. ETP/STP related maintenance
5. Canteen Maintenance
6. Utility Maintenance
7. Drinking water RO
8. Domestic water tanks maintenanace
9. Borewell Maintenance 2 nos for usage & 1 nos for Pizo monitoring. And Water consumption data monitoring
10. Cooling towers maintenance
11. AHU Maintenance
12. Fire Hydrant system maintenance
13. Energy saving projects
