Role Description The Executive – Engagements internship role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support community and client engagement initiatives, including assisting with resident communications, coordinating events and experiences, and helping manage relationships with prospective buyers and partners. Daily responsibilities may include preparing engagement materials, maintaining databases and contact lists, supporting social media and outreach activities, and gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve engagement strategies.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent,



sustainability-focused brand experience across touchpoints, and preparing periodic reports on engagement activities and outcomes. This is a structured internship role designed to provide hands-on exposure to engagement, community building, and sustainable luxury real estate.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, residents, and partners.
- Interest in community engagement, events coordination, or customer relationship management in a lifestyle or real estate context.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, eco-conscious living, or environmentally responsible business practices.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or contact management tools) and social media platforms.
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in an in office team environment in Gurugram.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, hospitality, communications, environmental studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in engagement, marketing, hospitality, or real estate will be an advantage.
