Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct techno-economic feasibility studies for proposed CAPEX projects This involves analysing factors like technology readiness, raw material requirements and cost, utility costs, mechanical cost etc

2. Preparation of detailed initial and final cost estimates for projects, including fixed capital, working capital, and operational expenditure (OPEX) components
- Perform financial analysis, including calculating key performance indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Return on Investment (ROI) to support investment decision-making.

4.Track actual costs against budget, analyse variances, and prepare reports for senior management on the financial status of all CAPEX projects.

5.Identify potential technical, financial,



and scheduling risks related to CAPEX projects and develop effective mitigation strategies.

6.Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones are met on time.

7.Ensure all projects are planned and executed in compliance with local and international environmental, safety, and industry-specific regulations relevant to the chemical/pigment industry

- Support senior management with data-driven insights for decision-making for Capacity enhancement planning, Automation, Energy efficiency improvement plans
