We are an Event Management company and we are looking for a dependable and organized graduate to support day-to-day operations. The role combines Excel and data management, routine banking work, and coordination with family members, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain operational records, data, and reports using Excel.

- Organize and update spreadsheets, track information, and help keep records accurate.

- Handle routine banking tasks, such as depositing and withdrawing money, as authorized.

- Coordinate with families, vendors, and internal team members to share information and follow up on requirements.

- Help manage operational schedules, payments, documents, and other day-to-day tasks.

- Follow company processes and handle confidential information responsibly.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.





- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data entry, organizing information, and preparing basic reports.

- Familiar with routine banking procedures and documentation.

- Robust communication and coordination skills.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

- Able to travel locally for banking or other work-related tasks, if required.

- Previous experience in operations, administration, MIS, or coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
