Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and responsible Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and manage various events and activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from beginning to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, venues, and service providers.
- Manage event schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Handle event registrations, invitations, and attendee communication.
- Ensure all event arrangements are completed on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Resolve unexpected issues during events.
- Maintain event records, reports, and documentation.
- Support promotional and marketing activities for events.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or relevant educational qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel or work during weekends when required.
