We are looking for an experienced ERP Support & Implementation Engineer with practical knowledge of ERP software, business operations and client support.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, export houses, trading, inventory management or ERP implementation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide functional support to ERP users and resolve day-to-day software issues.
- Understand user queries, identify problems and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Handle support tickets, issue tracking, testing and follow-ups.
- Assist clients with ERP transactions, reports and configurations.

ERP Implementation

- Support ERP implementation, master data preparation and data migration.
- Configure ERP modules including Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production and Accounts.
- Conduct user training, functional testing and UAT.
- Assist with go-live activities and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with client teams and maintain implementation documentation.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in ERP support, implementation or functional consulting.
- Good understanding of Purchase, Sales, Inventory and basic Accounting workflows.
- Practical experience in ERP software operations and troubleshooting.
- Good communication, problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred: Experience with manufacturing ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, Tally-integrated ERP, SAP Business One or similar software.

Location Preference

Only candidates currently residing in Agra or nearby areas who can commute daily to our Agra office should apply.

This is a work-from-office position. Occasional client-site visits may be required.
