We are looking for an experienced ERP Project & Delivery Manager with strong knowledge of ERP software implementation, project coordination, client management and software delivery operations. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing ERP, Retail, Trading, Export Houses or Enterprise Software Solutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Project & Delivery Management

- Manage multiple ERP implementation and software delivery projects.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resource allocation and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with development, QA, support and implementation teams.
- Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks and manage escalations.

Client & Implementation Management

- Understand client business requirements and implementation priorities.
- Coordinate ERP configuration, data migration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
- Conduct client meetings, project reviews and progress discussions.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and delivery commitments.
- Oversee post-implementation support and client satisfaction.

Team & Operations Management

- Manage daily team activities, task assignments and performance.
- Maintain project trackers, delivery reports and pending issue lists.




- Establish effective coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Improve implementation processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–10 years of experience in ERP implementation, project management or software delivery.
- Proven experience managing ERP projects and implementation teams.
- Robust understanding of business processes including Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing and Finance.
- Excellent client communication, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project planning, UAT, go-live and escalation management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools.
- MBA, B.Tech, MCA or relevant qualification.

Preferred: Experience with manufacturing ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise software. Location Preference - Only candidates currently residing in Agra or nearby areas who can commute daily to our Agra office should apply.

This is strictly a work-from-office position. Occasional client-site travel may be required.
