Role Overview:

We are looking for an ERP Functional Associate to manage and support our in-house ERP platform. The role involves understanding business processes, handling ERP configurations, managing workflows, and making necessary functional changes to align the platform with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand internal business processes and ERP requirements.

- Handle basic ERP configurations and functional changes.

- Configure workflows, forms, fields, and reports.

- Support day-to-day ERP operations and resolve functional issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams for ERP-related requirements.

- Assist with data management, testing, and validation.

- Identify process gaps and suggest ERP-based improvements.

- Coordinate with external ERP consultants for advanced customizations.

- Maintain ERP documentation and support internal users.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of ERP systems and functionalities.





- Knowledge of ERP workflows, configurations, and business processes.

- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

- Familiarity with Excel and data management.

- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript is an added advantage.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Eligibility:

- 0–1 year of experience in ERP, ERP implementation, or functional support.

- Candidates with ERP training or hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Familiarity with ERP platforms and functional configurations.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP workflows.

- Basic technical understanding to handle functional changes.

- Good attention to detail and coordination skills.
