Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation and planning through deployment, stabilization, and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate business stakeholders, ERP functional consultants, technical teams, implementation partners, and external vendors
- Oversee ERP activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, integration, and testing
- Drive business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, requirements validation, and process optimization
- Manage data migration, system integration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and post-production stabilization
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, governance forums, and status reporting
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technical teams
- Drive organizational change management,

- Manage globally distributed teams and third-party implementation partners
- Ensure delivery excellence through adherence to PM methodologies and quality standards

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of IT Project Management experience
- Proven experience leading at least 2-3 full-cycle ERP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business transformation
- Experience managing complex ERP programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Experience in ERP configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, Planview, SharePoint, and MS Office tools
- Strong stakeholder management and executive leadership engagement
- Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and vendors
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
