Maintain data accuracy, proper documentation, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth business operations and reliable MIS reporting.

- Enter daily production details into the ERP system.

- Update department-wise production quantities.

- Enter shift-wise production reports.

- Record production details for melting, moulding, pouring, fettling, and machining.

- Update job-wise and batch-wise production information.

- Enter production rejection, rework, and scrap quantities.

- Maintain work order and production order details.





- Verify production entries with actual shop-floor reports.

- Enter incoming material inspection details.

- Update process-wise inspection reports.

- Enter rejection and rework details.

- Update customer complaint and corrective action information as assigned.

- Maintain inspection and testing records.

- Enter chemical and mechanical test results based on approved reports.

- Maintain quality-related ERP records.
