We are looking for an experienced OpenLink Endur Environment & Release Manager with solid hands-on experience in Emdash to manage and maintain Endur environments and drive release management activities.

The role will be responsible for environment provisioning, configuration, release automation, deployment coordination and tooling integrations across development, testing, UAT and production environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with project and BAU teams, supporting the ongoing OpenLink Endur v16 to v25 reimplementation and migration programme, ensuring smooth releases, environment stability and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Environment & Emdash Management

- Own and manage OpenLink Endur environments across Development, Testing, Staging, UAT and Production.
- Use Emdash for environment coordination, release scheduling, configuration management and change tracking.
- Ensure workplace availability, stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues.

Migration & Project Support

- Plan and execute environment cutovers for the Endur v16 to v25 migration.
- Support data migrations, parallel runs and environment transitions.
- Coordinate environment readiness with project managers and technical teams.

Release & Deployment Management

- Plan and coordinate Endur upgrades, patches and configuration deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab.
- Integrate release processes with JIRA and Confluence.
- Ensure adherence to change management, version control and deployment standards.

Automation, Testing & Documentation





- Drive automation of environment and release management activities.
- Coordinate system, integration and regression testing.
- Maintain configuration baselines, release runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Maintain operational and technical documentation in Confluence.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Endur developers, QA, Business Analysts, project teams and vendors.
- Communicate environment readiness, release progress and potential risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Emdash, particularly in Endur environment and release coordination.
- Working knowledge of OpenLink Endur or similar ETRM platforms.
- Experience in enterprise application environment management and release management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
- Good understanding of JIRA, Confluence and version control systems.
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL and Linux administration.
- Experience supporting application upgrades, deployments and migration programmes.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude to improve automation, documentation, release planning and troubleshooting.

Good to Have
- Experience with JVS (Java in OpenLink Endur).
- Java or C# application development exposure.
- SQL optimisation and database design.
- Experience managing the complete SDLC, from analysis through deployment.
- Experience with Endur version upgrades, particularly v16 to v25.
