About the Role

As ArcelorMittal continues to grow through mergers and acquisitions, this role is the central technology coordination point for M&A; integration - spanning technology due diligence, integration governance, planning, execution, and post-merger stabilization. You'll work closely with Corporate Finance, Enterprise Architecture, IT, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, SAP/ERP, Data, and Business teams, and report into a global, matrixed workplace with significant stakeholder exposure up to steering committee/board level. The role requires strong overlap with European (CET/GMT) working hours.

What You Will Do

1. Act as the central coordinator for technology workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations
2. Support technology due diligence - gathering and analyzing target company IT landscape, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud, and data architecture
3. Identify integration dependencies, technology gaps, risks, and synergy opportunities; prepare technology assessment reports for leadership
4. Establish and manage integration governance frameworks, executive review forums, KPI dashboards, RAID tracking, and decision management processes

Develop progress reports, steering committee presentations, and stakeholder updates on integration status, risks, and milestones
6. Maintain M&A; technology integration playbooks, templates, and methodologies for consistency across programs
7. Build and manage relationships with global business leaders, Finance, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, HR, Procurement, Legal, and external partners
8. Coordinate with external consulting partners, technology vendors, and implementation teams; monitor deliverables and timelines

What We're Looking For

1. 6-8 years of relevant experience in technology project/program management, M&A; integration, IT transformation, or enterprise applications within a multinational organization or leading consulting firm
2. Hands-on involvement in M&A;, post-merger integration, divestiture/separation, or large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs
3. Working knowledge of enterprise technology landscapes, including ERP platforms (SAP/SAP S/4HANA preferred), CRM, MES, or HCM platforms
4. Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and data architecture concepts
5. Strong project governance capabilities - integrated planning, RAID management, KPI reporting, and steering committee coordination
6. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across senior business leaders, technology teams, consultants, and vendors
7. MBA (Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Technology Management), postgraduate qualification in Information Systems/Digital Transformation, Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT, OR Chartered Accountant (CA) with an IT background
8. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, confidential deal environment, with willingness to travel internationally as needed
9. Comfortable working hours with significant overlap with European (CET/GMT) time zones
