Experience: Minimum 2+ years of core hands-on experience in US Engineering recruitment.

Domain Focus: Proven experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Automotive, or related engineering sectors.

Technical Evaluation: Ability to screen technical profiles effectively and conduct thorough initial candidate evaluations. Must be able to validate OPT EAD, Stem EADs, H4 EADs, H1Bs, TN visa candidates

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through offer closure.
