- Breakdown Management: Identify equipment faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.

- Safety: Plan inspections, servicing, and repairs while ensuring compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO and secure work practices.
- Spare Parts Management: Monitor critical spare parts, maintain inventory records, and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations.
- Documentation &
- Reporting: Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, equipment history, and maintenance performance.
- Coordination &
- Improvement: Coordinate with production and other departments, apply mechanical engineering expertise, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
