Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 2-5 years in Cement Plants
Core Technical Skills:
- Electrical: HT/LT Switchgears, Transformers, VFDs (ABB/Siemens), MCC/PCC, and large motor drives (Kiln, VRM, Ball Mills).
- Instrumentation & Control: Field transmitters, Weigh Feeders, Gas Analyzers, Kiln Scanners, and DCS/PLC systems (Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA).
- Key Capabilities: Annual shutdown execution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SAP PM module, and reading SLDs/P&IDs.;
- Compliance & Safety: High Voltage (HV) Supervisor License/Competency Certificate and strict LOTO / Permit-to-Work adherence.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, EEE, or Instrumentation Engineering.
