About the Role

Insightful Technologies is looking for a result-oriented Email Marketing Executive / International Lead Generation Specialist to support our international business development efforts.

The candidate will be responsible for generating quality B2B leads for our SEO, Web Design & Development, and Mobile App Development services by using email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other professional platforms.

The role involves identifying potential international clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and creating new business opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for international B2B lead generation.
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, and other professional platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for SEO, Web Design & Development, and Mobile App Development services.
- Create personalized email campaigns, outreach messages, and follow-up sequences.
- Manage and maintain prospect databases, email lists, and LinkedIn outreach records.
- Use email marketing and lead generation tools to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze response rates, and optimize outreach strategies.




- Coordinate with the business development and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of generated leads and campaign activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Lead Generation, or International B2B Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with international email outreach campaigns.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Saleshandy, or similar platforms.
- Solid written English communication and email drafting skills.
- Understanding of international markets and B2B prospect research.
- Knowledge of SEO, Web Design & Development, and Mobile App Development services will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills.
