Role Description The Electronic Technician is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the design, testing, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems used in power and energy projects. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and soldering electronic components, performing routine inspections, and conducting diagnostic tests on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues, documenting findings,



and collaborating with engineering and consulting teams to implement corrective actions.

The Electronic

Technician will help maintain safety and quality standards, assist with remote support for field teams, and prepare clear reports on maintenance, repairs, and system performance.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Electronics Technology and Electricity, with the ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Soldering and basic electronic assembly techniques for components and circuit boards.
- Solid Troubleshooting skills for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in electronic and electrical systems.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electronic equipment, instruments, and control panels.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety standards, energy systems, and best practices in industrial or utility environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Experience with testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and basic data recording and reporting tools is beneficial.
