Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with solid expertise in Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, Electrical Control Panels, Laser Machine Control Systems, and Power Distribution Panels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical design, panel engineering, automation programming, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.

The candidate will be responsible for independently handling electrical engineering activities, leading technical teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Electrical Design & Engineering

- Design and develop electrical control systems for SPMs, industrial automation machines, and laser-based equipment.
- Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, power distribution diagrams, and electrical BOMs.
- Design and develop PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, servo drive, and industrial automation control panels.
- Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, component selection, and protection device selection.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry requirements.

1. PLC Programming & Industrial Automation

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation applications.
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley, Omron, or equivalent PLC systems.




- Develop and integrate HMI interfaces for machine operation and monitoring.
- Configure VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and industrial communication systems.
- Knowledge of SCADA, Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and other industrial communication protocols.
- Perform machine sequence programming, interlocking, safety logic, and automation troubleshooting.

1. Control Panel & Power Panel Engineering

- Design, manufacture, test, and commission electrical control panels and power distribution panels.
- Experience with PLC panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFD panels, and machine control panels.
- Supervise panel assembly, wiring, component installation, and quality inspection.
- Conduct electrical testing, continuity checks, insulation resistance testing, and functional testing.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure reliable panel operation.

1. SPM Automation & Laser Machine Integration

- Handle electrical engineering activities for SPM automation machines, assembly lines, inspection systems, and testing equipment.
- Experience in electrical integration of laser marking, laser welding, laser cleaning, and other industrial laser machines.
- Integrate PLCs, motion controllers, servo systems, sensors, pneumatic systems, and safety interlocks.
- Coordinate electrical integration with mechanical design, production, and software teams.
- Support machine trials, FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning
