Role & responsibilities

- Develop SP3D models for Electrical and C&I; systems based on project specifications, engineering deliverables, and vendor documents.
- Model and prepare layouts for:

- Operator Consoles

- DCS Panels

- PLC Panels

- Control Panels
- Network/IT & Telecom Panels
- CCTV and Access Control Panels
- Electrical Switchgear, PCC, MCC, PDBs
- Busducts, Junction Boxes (JBs), Insert Plates

- Prepare and route
- Cable Trays and Tray Supports
- Cable Trenches and Cable Duct Banks
- Cable Trunking and Conduit Systems
- Underground and Above-Ground Cable Routing
- Modelling for CCTV, Access Control, IT & Telecom systems and associated infrastructure.
- Generate model-based drawings, layouts, sections, and installation details.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping,



and Process disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
- Participate in 3D model reviews and incorporate project requirements and comments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in Smart Plant 3D (SP3D).
- Proven experience in control room equipment modelling, including consoles, DCS/PLC panels, and control cabinets.
- Positive knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation practices, cable management systems, and equipment layouts.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, vendor documents, and layout requirements.
- Experience in Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, or Industrial projects will be preferred.
