Role OverviewWe are looking for a E2E Testing Engineer to test complete real-world product journeys across our SaaS platform.

This is a hands-on manual testing role focused on actual user workflows, integrations, edge cases, failures and release validation.

Responsibilities

- Test complete end-to-end user journeys .
- Validate real workflows from signup through final outcomes.
- Test frontend, backend and integration behaviour together.
- Perform functional, regression and exploratory testing.
- Test APIs using Postman.
- Validate authentication, permissions and user roles.
- Test third-party integrations and webhooks.
- Test error handling and failure scenarios.
- Test deployment, rollback and recovery flows.
- Verify data consistency across screens and systems.
- Reproduce bugs with clear steps and evidence.
- Perform release testing before production deployment.
- Test across browsers, devices and environments.
- Maintain test cases, checklists and defect reports.
- Work closely with developers to validate fixes.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years manual software testing experience.
- Strong end-to-end testing experience.




- Experience testing SaaS applications.
- Solid exploratory testing skills.
- Good understanding of APIs and Postman.
- Ability to understand complex user workflows.
- Experience with regression and integration testing.
- Good knowledge of browser developer tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Strong bug reporting and reproduction skills.
- Attention to detail and logical thinking.

Preferred Skills
- Experience testing DevOps or cloud platforms.
- Basic AWS understanding.
- GitHub workflow knowledge.
- Experience testing permissions and access controls.
- Experience testing production-like environments.
- Understanding of logs and monitoring tools.

Ideal CandidateWe want someone who thinks like a real user and actively tries to break workflows. You should be comfortable testing complete journeys manually, checking integrations, identifying edge cases and validating whether the product works correctly in real-world scenarios.

This role does not require automation testing experience.

Candidates from Rajasthan or working remotely from India are welcome.
