Job Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of DSA with practical examples.
- Cover topics such as Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Sorting, and Searching.
- Explain time and space complexity, including Big O notation.
- Guide students in solving coding problems and developing logical thinking.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and problem-solving activities.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.
- Help students improve their coding skills and prepare for technical interviews.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with industry practices, competitive programming techniques, and coding interview trends.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, or Python).
- Strong understanding of problem-solving techniques and algorithmic thinking.
- Experience with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, or GeeksforGeeks.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students and handle interactive training sessions.
- Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field.
- 2–5 years of professional industry experience.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of DSA and coding interview preparation.
- Candidates with software development experience are highly preferred.
