Key Deliverables-

1. Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed component drawings for conveyor structures, support frames, drive arrangements, pulleys, idlers, chutes, hoppers, and other associated components.

2. Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabricated and bought-out components ensure drawings are suitable for shop-floor manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and assembly.

3. Coordinate with Design Engineers for understanding design specifications and project requirements and ensure timely release of drawings to the production team.

4. Understanding of fabrication processes,



welding symbols, machining, and sheet metal work.

5. Maintain drawing records, revision history, and documentation.

Qualification - ITI/Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience - 8 years experience in GA drawings for conveyor structures, support frames, drive arrangements, pulleys, idlers, chutes, hoppers, and other associated components.

Required Technical Skills:

Understanding of belt conveyors, rollers, pulleys, idlers, and drive arrangements.

Ability to prepare detailed fabrication drawings with welding symbols, dimensions, and material specifications.

Practical working knowledge of AutoCAD, and at least one 3D modelling software.

Coordination and teamwork.

Ability to work under project deadlines.

Practical understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
