DISTRIBUTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE Location : Bangalore Department / Unit : Sales & Business Development Reports to : Manager – Sales Job Summary: This role supports in driving sales of surgical products and disposables. It involves extensive fieldwork, regular hospital visits and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell surgical products and disposables to hospitals, clinics etc., • Conduct regular field visits to meet doctors, purchase managers and hospital staff.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide daily sales reports and updates through the assigned reporting software.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Life Sciences or related field preferred).
- 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience (preferred not mandatory for strong candidates).

Skills Required





• Prior experience in sales of surgical products or medical disposables preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to use sales/reporting software for daily updates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a robust drive to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
